Jinan KB calls himself a victim of modern education, uprooted from one’s authentic beingness and cultural sensibilities. He has been living and working with sense literate people (the so called illiterates) to understand natural cognitive processes and how children/ adults learn in non-coercive, natural environments. Jinan has been studying the cognitive damages of modern schooling and also the biological roots of beauty and cognition at the university of life. Jinan exclaims to be struggling to undo the damages of a formal design education, engineering degree and schooling. At present he is involved in exploring how to reorganize our space so as to let children be and exploring how to undo the cognitive damages of schooling.
